We need your help to promote local, traditional values in the Thompson Divide area.
Our goal is to craft and pass legislation that withdraws the Thompson Divide from oil and gas development. We will help negotiate a balanced solultion that protects the area’s unique values while remaining considerate of the energy interests that also have a stake in the process.
Please join us as we work for an outcome that ultimately conserves Thompson Divide’s sporting and outdoor heritage in perpetuity.
How can you help?
1. Educate yourself on what’s at stake.
2. Talk to local decision makers and land managers regarding the issue and tell them why the area is important to you.
3. Support legislative solutions that keep unleased portions of the Thompson Divide off-limits from future development and offer constructive and fair ways for energy companies to resolve their leases.
4. Attend public meetings about the issue.
